Platform buttons list overrides left/right dpad switching hotkeys when list overflows platform wallpaper area
When the list of buttons on a platform overflow a platform wallpaper's width, it breaks quick switching when using left/right on the dpad.
This just causes the left/right dpad buttons to loop through the list instead of switching between platforms.
The expected result is that the platform switch would take priority on the homepage, not the overflowed list of buttons.

Sure! I want to be able to use left and right on the dpad to switch systems.
Which works until one of the platforms has a row of buttons which requires scrolling to see them to see them all. (library, new, paths, recent, random, etc). So when that happens instead of left and right switching between platforms, it scrolls through the list of buttons endlessly and loops back to the beginning. Basically getting stuck on that platform because the list movement took priority over the switch shortcuts on the dpad.
I also noticed that when using left/right as switching shortcuts, when in grid view I cant move through the games and it wants to tab through the list by letter instead.
