TablePlus freezes if testing a connection fails while the TablePlus is out of focus

Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

1. Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): MySQL

2. Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81): v4.9.12 (build 200)

3. The steps to reproduce this issue:

• Click on 'Create a new connection'
• Enter data for a server which does NOT exist
• Click on Test
• While TablePlus tries to connect to the db, lose focus from the app by going to another app
• Go back to TablePlus

Expected: Connection creation can be canceled or the fields can be edited

Actual: Clicking anywhere on the app (either the Create Connection dialog or on the main window) has no effect and Esc does NOT work either (i.e. the app freezes and can only be force-quit using Window's Task Manager)
