Use SSH-key from agent

Please add ssh-agent support, eg. Putty-agent "pagent" on windows.

Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

  1. Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): MySQL, MariaDB

  2. Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81): 186

  3. The steps to reproduce this issue: Open TablePlus, add or edit a connection, leave ssh-key or ssh-key-password empty and connect. The connection will fail.

  4. What is expected: TablePlus should use the ssh-key from putty-agent
