Clicking anywhere in the item list sidebar should not switch views to the highlighted table

Often when I tab out, I'll click on the TablePlus window in the background to regain focus. For some reason, clicking anywhere in the empty space of item list sidebar, it will act as if I had clicked on a table name.

I'm not sure if this was added as a feature, and if so, can a toggle be added?
