Possible to be able to printout or print to file (PDF or Excel) based on one property ? So that we can have a list of items in that property.

I have tried to share a content, using "Share Item" menu, and I got a binary file, with no extension, attached to the mail. I've tried to rename it .zip and .gz with no luck :-( What is the format of this file ? I actually wanted to take an item (can be a cupboard with drawers) and send out as files, for example to get all the photos somewhere. I remember I did some backup, or export maybe, in the past, and kind of read the file in Excel (it's not clear how I did that actually, this was 3 years ago), and I think I managed to get the photos and the fields. Btu this was for a full inventory. -- https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox/FMfcgzGkZGhjmFBNMvrCNGFrvcWqpWXr
