Another app that works perfectly w/ HTTPS filtering is - Our Daily Bread → org.rbc.odb

@Eugene-Savenko @ameshkov I would like to renew this request. Some apps don't play well w/ external proxies, especially Tor/Orbot.

Tesla uses a proxied/VPNed network _inside_ the vehicle? Or would simply unblocking something do it?

@versavius I believe _filter_ deduplication already happens internally, or filters are done such it's irrelevant. (I _think_ I read that someplace in these issues.)

Whenever #51 is implemented, that _might_ help.

This seems a whole lot like #41, just not quite as advanced.
