Component: Maven installation instructions

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. The readme.md file needs to be updated with latest instructions and relevant screenshots for TIBCO maven plugin installation.
  2. Now end users cannot download the plugin separately as it out of the box in BW itself.

Additional information you deem important (e.g. issue happens only occasionally): Users who are new to TIBCO are getting confused on how to install TIBCO maven plugin on Windows
