Support artifactory url for EAR location with bwdeployer goal

In EAR deployment with the config file, while executing bwdeployer goal mvn com.tibco.plugins:bw6-maven-plugin:bwdeployer -DearLocation="\EAR" -DdeploymentConfigfile="\EAR\configFile.txt"

-DearLocation should support the artifactory URL.
