Updated apps got icon/tags reset

Description

Very often, a recently updated app has its icon reset and tags removed.

Context

During an update, a package may be considered "gone" for a while, especially if the app in question is large and the time for it to be updated is considerable. I expect that TBLauncher removes the settings for this app during this time, be it by some broadcast receiver, or some timeout.

Expected behavior

TBLauncher should (probably) wait a longer period of time before it purges an app's settings from the database, or perhaps only purge app settings when restarted, or by manual trigger by the user only.

As another data point, it frequently happens to me on Samsung Android 7.1.

Happens to me on tinybit v7.5, Android 12-based Murena /e/ OS.

I don't have Steps To Reproduce, but as others pointed out, it happens to random apps after they update.

I suspect the apps may have changed their activity name in the manifest or something.

Apps that had seasonal/holiday icon changes would break. I think it was Vooks or maybe PBS Kids?
