Add column for process time spent on GPU gfx/encode/decode

Starting Linux kernel 5.19, the AMDGPU (and probably Intel, tbd) driver exposes the total time spent on the GPU gfx/encode/decode. Add this information as columns in the process list. (and maybe the time spent on the CPU too, if easy to retrieve)
