Links in README titles should be more subtle

I'm not sure if something changed with this rendering because I don't remember these looking this bad in the past, but we give links that are also headings the link-color where GitHub keeps them with the regular text colour.

Interestingly, blue on mobile (GitHub). - light mode too

Yea, I just double checked and you're correct in both light and dark mode. GH web on mobile is the same as GH web on desktop, so it's just an app thing.

Looks like GitHub has changed the internal structure of these links and the heading is no longer a link. The downside to this is that we don't show the anchors now, either.
