Sumologic Terraform Provider Resources do not have matching Data Sources for Dashboards and Search

Sumologic's provider (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/SumoLogic/sumologic/latest/docs) Does not provide Data Sources for Dashboards(New) nor Sumologic Searches.

While able to terraform a sumologic Dashboard and Search allows our team to create prescribed tools to review logs in code, linking to these entities is hampered without data lookups. To properly reference a dashboard or search the resource has to be defined in the same state where it is created, which is not possible when resources are created across multiple repositories but leveraging a single place to collect cross-team insights.

As an an user leveraging Sumologic to make log review and analytics easier for more users the feature would be a strong value add. Especially since Datadog has this feature: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/DataDog/datadog/latest/docs/data-sources/dashboard
