Support for SAML require and allowlisting

https://registry.terraform.io/providers/SumoLogic/sumologic/latest/docs/resources/saml_configuration can be used to define SAML configurations. Similarly I'd like to request to able to define these:

  • "Require SAML Sign In All users must log in using one of the SAML integrations unless they are allowed to bypass SAML and use password-based sign-in."
  • and "Allow these users to sign in using passwords in addition to SAML"
