Weather tomorrow

I typed this command but it searched for a city with the name tomorrow.

It should search current city and detect time/date if possible before searching city name.

I haven't implemented asking for weather on a particular day, but it's definitely on the roadmap. Also, dicio-numbers would have to be translated into many languages, or an alternative should be found in order to understand dates.
