Check if someone renamed installer

Description Windows installer search for stremio.exe process and tries to turn it off. If someone rename the installer to stremio.exe then he will not be able to install app because installer will be trying to kill itself.

that's very specific but fair enough :D another solution is to avoid killing the current process somehow

@Ivshti a user did this, he has the habbit of renaming all installers to app name + ".exe" / ".msi", talk about an edge case..
