Update does not finish on MacOS and leaves files in applications catalog

Description Some users (who were using .137) reported each time they close application they see new app in application folder with stremio icon with weird name(unix date times tamp). @TRtomasz can you try to reproduce? There's instructions in the stremio-shell repo on how to force an update procedure

@Ivshti he already tried to reproduce it when we discussed it on Slack by installing .137 and letting it update, the update worked for him.

Only partialy worked, for me files were deleted from the folder, i guess something is blocking this for these users
