Shadowsocks over KCP, is there any chance to have this?

Shadowsocks over KCP is working great in my area, could you please add this feature to current Shadowsocks setup?

I don't personally have cycles to try and integrate this. If someone submits a PR I would be happy to review it, ideally integrated as an optional component that could default off.

@aliab have you seen better performance than simply using simple-obfs? I've not yet played with KCP.
