Settings AAO 50/50

  • [ ] Background color
  • [ ] Selected row color

And maybe hide ListSeparator when the row is tapped, via https://reactnative.dev/docs/flatlist#itemseparatorcomponent's "highlighted" argument

We may be able to use https://reactnative.dev/docs/platformcolor to extract the platform's colors, I'm not sure yet.
