a way to change time zone or where tracking daily limits reset?

i work during the night generally past 12am, which technically means i work over two dates. When I return the next day, I've almost already hit my limits and tracking is not accurate (as it split between two sessions).

Is there a way for me to change the timezone for the extension or adjust what time of day limits/tracking resets?

I'd also like to be able to do this - right now I have blocked the websites I usually hit my limits for with a second extension, but I would also like to be able to use my time for a given day past midnight, even if it's technically the next day, since it feels like the same day to me.
