The main thing I'm struggling with right now on the Hyper-V side is getting static IPs working in Packer + Vagrant. Unfortunately I won't be able to look at that until after Dockercon

This setup also doesn't run through in one shot yet, but it's a starting point. We can improve that after the conference. The provision script for VMware also sets the static IP address of the 2nd network card as Vagrant can't handle that itself.
