Issue #72 represents one half of a two-way street.

This is the other half.

When new .ps1 files are discovered, they should be run (unless they are handlers, in which case, the handler should be reset).

When *.Send-StreamDeck.clixml files are discovered, they should be run as a splat for Send-StreamDeck.
