Formatting should be rebuilt from scratch

When Pipeworks was written, EZOut did not allow for a separate file to define formats.

As such, Pipeworks formatting is all defined in one very large file.

This is not the way.

Additionally, the formatting that exists is fairly strongly coupled and out-of-date. While many of the concepts at play are good and important, a cleaner slate is more manageable than keeping promises to nonexistent users.
