Subtyping Templates

Templates are already predominately typed by their Language (i.e. Template.A.html)

This lets us do something like:

$psLanguages.HTML.Templates

So far, so good.

The Templates object is already decorated.

We should expose more subtypes within templates.

Subtypes should be definable by the presence of additional keywords in the name (or, if we can pull it off, the directory name)

The following distinct template types will be recognized:
