LightScript `Dockerfile`

LightScript should have a little bit more complicated of a Dockerfile than usual, as it would be quite nice to automatically set up light fixtures with arguments (especially in cases such as Hue Bridges and Nanoleaf devices, which otherwise require a physical touch to set up).
