`Import-TypeView` should support `.ur[il]` files

Aka, Import-TypeView should support web shortcuts (and simpler links).

It is pretty trivial to make a [ScriptProperty] that just returns a url, and this could be pretty powerful.

(one simple example would be linking to a schema, rather than fully embedding it)
