EZ Multi-Format Output

<EntrySelectedBy> is much more powerful than initially realized.

Used properly, EntrySelectedBy allows us to have N number of different views for an object, based off (optionally) more specific subtypes, and a condition.

This means that EZOut should be able to generate multi-format output in a single formatter.

This, in turn, means that we can start defining different formats in a uniform way, so that they can be easily queried with xPath and then leveraged.
