Version 0.3 Roadmap

Version 0.2 is out, so version 0.3 roadmap is here. :rocket:

Simple goals for this release:

• [x] Air/vacuum instrument class support #57
• [ ] Enhanced terminal output during sampling, and/or options for quiet sampling #41
• [ ] Support for two-component photosphere mixture model #35

Stretch goals for this release:

• [ ] User-defined priors on Theta parameters #32
• [ ] Run from a Docker container or more simply, a guide to selecting gcc versions #25
• [x] Enhanced Travis CI, perhaps with different platform support, data caching (discussion in #25)
• [ ] Benchmarks or profiling information on various datasets, grids, system architectures, perhaps as part of the documentation.

I think this sounds quite reasonable for the next release, and I think #32 at least should be attainable as well.
