Update for new BIOS firmwares

I made some changes so the new BIOS updates provided from HP work for me. This may also solve the current open issues.

could you replace the spaces with tabs? it's really hard to tell what changed right now

This PR doesn't work for me. It's now looking for a rom.cab file that's not included in the firmware for all models. E.g. you can get a bios file without a rom.cab here for testing: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112428.exe

Hello, I was just trying to fix the issue for https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112428.exe but this file misses the BIOSUpdate folder. It works for my model https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp68001-68500/sp68041.exe . I don't know if this is a good idea, but maybe we could copy the BIOSUpdate/ Utility from other firmware archives? Im not sure if this utility works for all bioses.
