Documentation improvements for the new packages

• [ ] Document under which user different st2 components are running
• [ ] Document local runner st2actionrunner paswordless sudo requirements
• [ ] Document where StackStorm packages are installed (virtualenv path, etc.)

I'm trying to decide where to put those docs. Imo, it doesn't really belong into overview / architecture docs since it's installation method (packages) specific, but we don't have a better place for it right now. I don't want to duplicate the same information for every distro so maybe we need another page on package related stuff.

Any suggestions?

st2atuh service needs to run as root instead st2. When I install 1.4 version, the st2auth service file has run_as_user as st2, it cause the service not to start up when using backend as pam

Maybe make an "Deep Dive into TEH Storm" Section.
