Include StackStorm Web UI overview in st2docs

Good idea just came in from StackStorm Community.

It would be nice to have a section dedicated to StackStorm Web UI. A few screenshots and feature/functionality overview is a good start here. It will help to highlight the components and features that StackStorm as a platform has for someone willing to or considering to use it.

This is a good first issue, help wanted.
