Cant pin `pomotroid` to taskbar in win11

I installed by pomotroid running : scoop install https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Splode/pomotroid/master/pomotroid.json I find that everytime pomotroid running is in a temp dir . if can persistant the running file into a fixed location will be great .
