Time is up. Can you give me a strong reminder in a different way?

The current time is up and will be reminded in the windows notification, but the 3-second notification has been retracted so that I didn't even know this phase was completed. Can you change an eye-catching way to remind the user that the time is up, for example, when it is time to pop a pop-up box in the middle of the desktop and make an optional switch for the user to choose?
