Hitting `Reset` will start the percentage ring

I had stopped a timer and hit reset. I came back to my computer after several minutes and noticed that the percentage ring was counting down but the timer still read '25:00'. I did some tests to confirm the behaviour.

0.13.0 macOS 11.4

I tried to make it happen again today and had difficulty. I believe it to be associated with hitting reset when the timer is running. There is some combination of hitting play/pause, next, and then reset.
