Description

I've updated package.json file to include .vue extension, and also updated .eslintrc file.

Changes for the parser section are the recommended way of official eslint-plugin-vue documentation.

I've also applied automatic fixes, but keep it failed some warnings because it requires your opinion to change. I hope you can fix them.
