[Partial] ScoreSaber redesign

I've got the main features that I regularly use working, so I guess I'll stop here and wait until you finish up the whole thing. Feel free to use anything that might be useful, though my code is not the best (and mostly ignores TypeScript).

Done:

• [x] Pinning/Adding/Refreshing user (still uses old new API)
• [x] Buttons on leaderboard
• [x] Add percentages on non-ranked (badly)
• [x] Buttons in user page song list (but they don't always look too good)
• [x] User list in header

Not done:

• [ ] New new API
• [ ] PP graph
• [ ] User comparison
• [ ] Friends list on leaderboard
