Hotkeys unresponsive

When I bind an ability or spell to a hotkey I can't seem to activate that ability by pressing the key. It works fine when I launch the game directly.

Can you post your INI config? I'm not having any trouble with that personally but I can try to reproduce it

Here you go: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FKSE-p6qvS7hIeIQI_hqG0KPwvZPfcvP On a possibly related note, when I do a clean install of the mod and it asks me to specify my install folder I get an error message that Assembly-CSharp.dll could not be found at C:\Games... despite me specifying the game folder to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II I didn't think much of it since all the mods seem to be working despite the error message.

Same happens with me. Only broken on the latest version. Versions <2.0 allow hotkey functionality. Latest version also costs me 50% performance
