Steam Achievements still don't work

I followed the instructions for enabling Steam Achievements and they still aren't working. I haven't used iroll20s, I followed the instructions on renaming the dll.

Are you actively running the game from Steam? That tends to be the issue that trips everyone up

Okay I figured it was just something I was doing wrong. Yeah I was running it through Steam. So when it says "Run your game through Steam and it will have all Mods applied plus allow Steam achievements" did you mean run it through Steam once? and then continue launching through the mod framework? Could you explain what you mean in more detail?
