What's the status of above? Is it on the roadmap? Is it a slack plugin or Jenkins related issue?

Is there any possibility for that to be implemented in the future or everyone should look for workaround on this?

Had the same issue. It's because of that that directory is empty: letsencrypt/libs/letsencrypt.sh/

The installation doesn't work on ubuntu, debian and fedora. The same problem on all of them: package not found when trying to install (I'm using the instruction from the https://www.asbru-cm.net/).
