Why a branch master-3 ?

Should the branch named master-3 be removed?

Based on the only commit in this branch, it was meant to be an update of the library version (from 1.0 to 3.0).

I don't know what this update implies, but I doubt it is still up-to-date. Currently, most of the plugins follow the version of SOFA.

If no counter-recommendation from @damienmarchal, I would remove this branch.
