Export Bookmarks and Sessions to .html

Could Fulguris export Bookmarks and Sessions (group of open bookmarks) to .html files, in order to import them in another Browser?

Use case: I export my bookmarks and Sessions in Fulguris on my Android phone, and I would like to import them in Chrome on my computer, using the Chrome import bookmarks feature. It does not work.

The Floccus addon does not work either because Fulguris does not produces standards (for what it worth) Bookmark & Sessions export files.
