Proxy mostly broken

HTTPS proxy doesn't work, when I use lightning browser and use the same proxy it works. strangely again when connected using a wifi proxy can work, when using cellular data it doesn't work. The browser displays ERR conection reset, no logs

Thanks for reporting this issue. Not surprised either has I never tested that feature myself. It was just left in place as a legacy feature. It should be fixed though really.
