Bookmarks are swapped

Description

After adding bookmarks (more than 30 pieces), they change their location without my participation, if you go to the browser after a while.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Add and save a certain number of bookmarks. Close browser. After a while, go to the browser and open the location of the bookmarks. Scroll down and you will find that some bookmarks have swapped places with each other. This error may not occur immediately, but after some time and it repeats periodically.

Expected behaviour

After adding bookmarks, they should not change their location and should be where I set them.

By the way, today the bookmark again decided to change places with another. What naughty bookmarks, however.

I'm not surprised we have such issues with bookmarks since I'm not using them much and have done little work to test and improve them. It could be a while until I get around working on that.

I guess it has to do with bookmark sorting. No matter how I manually sort my bookmarks, the next time I open the bookmark list, they are sorted alphabetically (descending).

Can auto-sort be disabled?

I don't know how to reproduce this issue. Sorting seems to work fine here. Would be great if someone came up with a way to reliable reproduce that bug.

I can reliably reproduce this issue on ver 1.9.3

Steps:

1. Import 10 bookmarks
2. Open bookmark link 1 (Tab 1)
3. Open bookmark link 2 (Tab 2)
4. Switch to tab 1, open bookmark panel and reorder bookmarks
5. Switch to tab 2, open bookmark panel

The bookmark order will have reverted to the original import order rather than the order set in step (4)
