Confirm, stopped working this month. Scoop, Win 11.

I tested older versions as well and could reproduce the bug with 0.9.1 and 0.9.0. Version 0.8.3 works just fine.

My version 0.9.0.1 works. While 0.10.0 does not, with the above error.

@azinsharaf @Jaehaks @Luckz @FreePlague @lecram89 Do you mind trying uninstalling and reinstalling Clipboard from Scoop? I just uploaded a new build pulled from the latest commit, so if that one works, then that's a quick fix.

I'm tried. Installed new build with "install -s" because hash not updated yet. Not working, same error. If I manual put libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll to the app dir it start working.

Downloaded the updated zip, ran the exe inside the zip's bin folder, same error. As FreePlague wrote, if I copy a random libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll from elsewhere in my file system into the same folder, it works. (From various software installs, I have 16 different compiles of libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll on my PC.)
