Filter "Bypass LAN & mainland China"

I want to achieve the following purpose. Bypass LAN & mainland China, for IP located in mainland China just not use VPN, but others go through it.

  1. Could you help to implement it?
  2. If you are busy, could you give me some insight and advise? Thanks in advance.

Actually, it has already worked according to your purpose. If you have already made it running, type "ip" into baidu and google in Safari, it will display different ip.
