Sitecore Powershell extensions 7.0 have wrong version in Sitecore PowerShell Extensions.version

Expected Behavior

I would expect that Sitecore PowerShell Extensions.version file have version 7.0.0.

Actual Behavior

Currently, Sitecore PowerShell Extensions.version file have 6.4.0 version inside. That's just not very convenient when working with installation.
