Fixed setup script

I changed the reference to the requirements.txt file. I also corrected the spelling of both the file name and reference. I'd be happy to contribute any other fixes I come across.

Why are so many files added? Was that a mistake?

The additional modified files were almost certainly committed in error. I've resolved this issue in PR #56
