Lists’ “remove done items” should be a button in the toolbar.

I think that, contrary to all the buttons in the three-dot menu, “remove done items” is a feature to be used quite often. As such, I think it deserves its own button in the toolbar. Here is how I imagine it:

Regarding https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Notes/issues/482, I think it should still be a button, but with a confirmation dialog. It would be more intuitive than having to remember that “remove done items” is the three-dot menu.
