Running from command line?

Hello I was wondering what parameters you have to use when opening from command line. I tried just feeding it %1 in a batch file but that doesn't work. Do I need to put a certain parameter to make it interpret the apk file I'm feeding it?

Uhm, WSATools is made to avoid using the command line tool "ADB". Why would you use it from command line?
