Would this really be useful? I think opening the Dockerfile and using dockerfile-build-buffer from https://github.com/spotify/dockerfile-mode is a better idea.

Since this comes back periodically (https://github.com/Silex/docker.el/issues/115) I should probably say something in the README.

I find this to be an odd omission from this package as well. This package is so comprehensive and the build command seems minor and weirdly missing, even if you can do it with the other package, which isn't actually that useful IMO. But I don't use syntax coloring which is probably the main use case for that package.
