Resize alerts info misleadning, insufficient
Current Behavior
I think there is a flaw in the way the metrics are presented. The screenshot is me resizing 500GB onto another drive - let me explain what it should have shown - it is a mix of an error and suggestion to improve:
No need to repeat the number 476,837 twice - those numbers do not change through out the resize. Better if it read: Current sectors=476,837 Target sectors=357,628 Sectors to Migrate =119.209 (the difference between current and target) Migrated sectors shows the progress as expected, and it would be nice to have that also expressed as a percentage to understand progress - yes, and since we know the time of the migration start and how far we are, it can be estimated when it will finish - a very useful infor for a busy hoster, right? 🙂
Merely it would be beneficial to have: remaining sectors counting and also expressed as a percentage.
Expected Behavior
Need more accuracy as above drafted. Resize is currently the only volume management HOSTD offers, so it needs to imrpvoe
Steps to Reproduce
Resize a volume look at the alerts conclude they are misleading - insufficient from a hosting perspective
